Our points sleepers, as well as other sleepers for track connections, crossings and points systems, are manufactured to strict technical specifications. They are designed to withstand the specific forces encountered in the vicinity of junctions, crossings and moving parts.
Depending on the superstructure type, versions with through-bolting (KS superstructure) or W-fastening are available. Both variants ensure a permanently secure rail fastening and precise track geometry throughout the entire service life.
For specific requirements in KS superstructures, we offer the B 93 with a single-sided or double-sided catch rail or guide rail for rail extensions. These versions enhance safety in particularly heavily loaded track sections and are primarily used where high speeds, dynamic forces or structural transitions require exceptional stability.
