The tried-and-tested basic variants include the B 70 W sleepers, including shortened versions such as B 70 W 54 – 2.4 or B 70 W – 2.2. For urban systems that use grooved rails or special fastening methods, variants with grooved rails for the W superstructure are available.
In addition, we manufacture sleepers with current rail support mounting points for the W superstructure, concrete longitudinal beams and track grids. These components are used in urban mixed-traffic systems, in underground applications and on line sections with special supply requirements.
For complex track-laying configurations, our product range also offers solutions such as BiBlock sleepers and B1800 W 54 / Ri 60 sleepers.
We supply narrow-gauge transport systems with various track gauges, including B 600 W, B 750 W and B 900 W. These products combine compact designs with high load-bearing capacity and meet the technical specifications of narrow-gauge railways.
