Our railway sleepers are synonymous with robust durability, consistent quality and the highest level of reliability in day-to-day railway operations.
In our German plants, we manufacture a wide range of established sleeper types, including the widely used B 70 and B 90 variants in various designs, such as B 70 W 60, B 70 W 54 or the shortened B 70 W 54 – 2.4.
A particular innovation is the B 70 ZSX, our further-developed twin sleeper, designed specifically for complex track geometries and dynamically demanding operating conditions.
For sections with higher loads or special requirements, the B 90 W 60, B 90 W 54 and B‑07 W are among the options available.
The range is complemented by systems such as FS 150 (W60 and W54), which are used as specialised solutions in specific local conditions – for example, in areas with low clearance heights such as culverts, pedestrian tunnels or railway bridges with narrow ballast beds.
